PRE-RIDE

This is the exploratory mission. You learn the trail - what has changed since the last time I rode here, or if it is your first time Go slow, wake up, familiarize yourself with the trail features, and asses the riding conditions.

RE-RIDE

This is where you build your confidence. Repetition, and visualization you can begin to understand the trail more deeply, test new lines, increase speed, hit more features and learn your limits through trial and error.

FREERIDE

You are well-practiced, the track is honed in and you are ready, relaxed and let it rip. Until you stack it, the conditions change or you get our of practive and need to go back a step or two and re-build.
